::Shame on this place for using the name of the city with high service standards. Service in Dubliner is the worst I have ever encountered. The staff is rude and careless. Self-service would’ve probably worked better in this case. Never again!

::Used this place as near to my hotel in Tallinn. More of a UK style pub but food and drink was very good and reasonably price. I had ribs and they were very good. Just outside the Old Town area but worth a visit if not looking for anything too flashy.
