Trash museum. Boring experience. Receptionists make bad first impression. They don’t make refunds so think twice before going.

I visited here last Friday. The front door locates at a corner, nothing eye catchy. People in reception were weird and cold. They didn't look like to welcome or want to offer service. I think the main task of receptionist should be welcoming customers, being friendly and helpful. Nope, I didn't feel it from this museum receptionists. The electric show in the cage was quite boring, since they only show very small lightening. It's also wasteful to spare a spacious room just for children playground. Some exhibits were broken or not reacted well when pushing button. I hope they can improve it, both facilities and customer services. If not, no surprise that it becomes just an old boring place in Tallinn (I mean more than now)

Honestly the worst museum I have ever visited (and I have visited many), not worth €9 each. The exhibits were aimed at children and so were very basic, but even for a child they were boring. The exhibits were all interactive but you would just end up pressing random buttons, not actually knowing what was going on as the signs explaining it were missing. Most of the exhibits were broken anyway! There was no order to the museum, everything was randomly placed as if they were just trying to fill space. There was a room labelled temporary exhibition which was just a children's playroom. What a waste of time and money!

Extremely disappointing place. It was 4pm, 3 hours prior the closing time. And a half of the exhibition was blocked by a preparation of either a corporate event or a concert or I don't know what. I wasn't able to get any concrete explanation from the staff. Items were blocked by bags and flowers, there were waiters running around with boxes of glasses, musicians tuning their instruments and everybody was producing lots of noise. On the photos you can even see people setting up tables right on the playground for children. The exhibition itself is very poor. Many broken, closed or incomplete items. We've been in many different technical museums from Lisbon to Helsinki. This one in obviously the worst one.
