  I left my cash in to the little locker in my room that has a code to lock it. During the day that money disappeared and the code was changet so that I couldn’t get in to it anymore. When I informed the hotel staff they just angrily told that their staff won’t steal. So definitely avoid this place!

  The hotel is not worth five stars. It was a big surprise that the hotel could not provide even a sandwich after midnight.

  Great Old Town Location. We were on the 1st floor with a heavily (noisily) used pool table situated just feet from our room in a very odd location at the top of the stairs. 👎 The room itself was a reasonable size with quite eclectic decor but the wardrobe was just a small double with several hangers and 50% of it taken up with the fridge and safe above. Hanging space was so compact that we had to leave some of our clothing in cases. The bed was comfortable but the bottom sheet wouldn't stay on the bed, revealing a well used mattress beneath, and one of the pillowcases had a tear in it but was not changed during our stay. The room and hotel were incredibly hot as we visited in November but the a/c in our room didn't seem to work no matter how much we lowered the temperature. We resorted to opening the double glazed windows (and they are double glazed for a reason), which was fine on the Friday night but proved less so on Saturday given the amount of people shouting/singing just below your window at 3am. Imagine what it's like in the summer with the dodgy a/c and larger number of merry tourists! Request a high floor if you stay here, especially in the summer. The bathroom was 2* at best and not much bigger than the wardrobe. Toilet immediately on the left as you open the door, basin almostg immediately opposite and the bath with shower above immediately next to the basin. Barely any room to move and the fixed shower head was at my nose height (I'm 6'4"), so I had to crouch to shower. Breakfast, which is often one of the highlights of most 5* hotels was quite average. I can live with the the small selection of pastries, cold meats and cheese but the several hot dishes we ordered during our three night stay were uniformly greasy and that extended to the sweet pancakes too. I didn't even bother heading to breakfast on the last day, which is unheard of for me. Tallinn was fantastic but we found the hotel to be very average compared to others we have enjoyed in the Baltic region. 3* hotel with a 5* location.

  This historic stone hotel is a 7-minute walk from St. Olaf's church, 3.1 km from Kadriorg Palace art museum and 3.4 km from Kumu museum. Plush rooms feature iPads, free Wi-Fi and minifridges. They also have flat-screen TVs with premium channels, plus designer toiletries, and tea and coffeemaking facilities. Suites add sitting areas and espresso machines. Free breakfast is served in the dining room. Amenities also include an elegant restaurant serving Russian and Estonian fare, and a sauna.

  Great central location with 2 other restaurants connected to it. There's a pool table, sauna and some board games dotted around for people to use. Rooms and nice, cosy and nicely decorated with their hotel styling.
