  Ehdottomasti paras hotelli Tallinnan keskustassa. Erittäin hyvällä paikalla ihan Viru keskusta vastapäätä. Vaikka hotelli onkin näin keskustassa ja liikennettä on kovasti ei siltikään liikenteen melua kuulu huoneisiin joiden ikkunat ovat tälle puolelle. Huoneet ovat tilavia, Erittäin siistejä ja hyvin varusteltuja. Sängyt ovat miellyttäviä nukkua. Henkilökuntaa on aina vastaanotossa paikalla ja he ovat hyvin ystävällisiä. Aamupala tässä hotellissa on piste I:n päälle. Se on todella runsas ja valikoimaa on varmasti joka makuun. Koska hotelli on erittäin suosittu myös työmatkalaisten keskuudessa niin ruuhkaa ajoittain voi aamupalalla olla klo 8-9 välillä. Suosittelen tätä hotellia kaikille!

  I stayed in a suite, discovered in the morning that the water coming out of the taps was straight up brown, polluted. I had drank the water in the evening while brushing teeth and got very concerned. Informed the hotel staff asap, they said they would look into it. When i came back in the afternoon, they said they had fixed the issue, but didn't tell me what the issue was. Effectively, the brown color had disappeared, but i didn't even get an apology from the hotel. Pretty unnerving. Do not drink water out of the tap and be careful even using it for anything else. The whole hotel is marketed as a 4-star, and feels a lot more like a 3-star throughout.

  Hotel muy bien situado, en el centro de la ciudad y muy cerca del casco historico, buenas habitaciones, unos desayunos donde tienes para eligir de todo y un buen restaurante, un perdonal muy atento y presto para ayudarte en todo momento.
