  As a fan of TV series "Shameless", couldn't pass the opportunity to visit ALIBI. Jokes aside however, the place is great, drinks only, no food, very good selection of beers, prices reasonable, choice is better than many bars in Tallinn, the staff knows their stuff and they have a mechanical Facebook Like counter for their page on the wall, which is pretty cool. In summer they have a terrace and you can smoke HEKKPIPE (Estonian designer waterpipe)
