  Always long waits, joint accounts don’t exist so one person always gets charged for transfers. Informant doesn’t always speak English and it takes forever to get a new debit card. I do not recommend this bank

  Had a very positive experience making a gold card insurance here, the people working here are positive :)

  Horrible client service setup. I waited 2h just to receive my bank card. I dont know if there is lack of workforce or whats reason, but its insane. There are 2 girls on reception mostly just spending time. At the same time there is only 3-4 persons dealing with customers. I do not see the point. Why dont you use those girls there? Never again I will visit Swedbank again. If you want nice bank service in Tallinn - visit LHV Bank. You will never have to dissapoint.

  Absolutely disastrous. Unable to provide simple information involving anything more than your account balance and take advantage of people's attempts at any savings, which turns out to be just a waste of money. Employees are less than pleasant and provide no information regarding what they are doing, leaving you just sitting around for no reason for an extensive amount of time while trying to find someone actually qualified to answer questions or fulfill requests. When asked questions, turn impatient and visibly annoyed. Would not recommend for any purpose. Only positive note is the availability of ATMs in the city.

  Great bank services and conference venue. Pity there isn't any free public parking!
