  Part of a chain, have visited this location a few times. The menu is pretty great, the place looks cool, but I personally do not like the ordering system: it feels like I am in a school canteen queueing up for my food with a tray in hand, even more so as the service can be quite slow, although I guess being able to communicate with your chef face to face and see your food being prepared might be a big bonus for some.

  Overpriced okay quality food. Too crowded sometimes and a bit slow service. One time I ordered a Bolognese and the meat was burnt. Nice views from the second floor. It's really hard to find a seat when it's rush hour and it's too crowded.

  I never got to taste the food. I asked the manager where i should queue and followed her instructions. After waiting for about 10 min i asked the guy behind the counter when he was going to pay me some attention. He said "I don't know why you are standing here, i only do take away". I couldn't believe what i heard. The guy saw me standing there for 10 min and didn't say anything and then blamed me... I asked the manager (who was very young and obviously not well trained) and she said "I don't understand why he said that to you". That's it, no initiative to make the client happy whatsoever. Last time i went there!!!
