  Clean and well located hotel, but superior rooms very standard. Hotel reception staff helpful and friendly. Our room had dubious heating/ air con and no safe. Breakfast was standard, but nothing special. We booked the hotel as part of a package with Eckero line ferries. This meant we were next to another group of noisy school kids.

  The check in was very quick. My room was clean and had a nice view but a lot of noise from the busy street outside. The bed was comfortable enough, although I would have preferred a bigger blanket. The bathroom was showing its age and could use a renovation soon. WiFi connection and speed were fine. The TV was very small and there was no accessible HDMI port to connect Chromecast or any other device. There was no fridge or minibar in the room. The breakfast was good and there's plenty of room in the restaurant. All in all a pleasant stay.
