::It took them 12 days to deliver goods ordered online into the store for self-pickup. TWELVE DAYS. The same products that they sell in the store itself, somehow need 12 days of shipping just to pick up from that same store. And that's in a country where driving from one end to another takes 3 hours maximum. And when I got the confirmation email that the order is ready for pickup, i go there and it's STILL not ready. So the email confirmation was a lie. Then after a few days I come and half of my goods are finally there. But the other half is still missing and noone seems to know where it is. Not the info desk, nor the warehouse. Somehow my order got split into 2 orders, and noone knows where the second half of the goods is. Be careful to never buy anything from their online store!

::Usually we visit Bauhaus as it is closer to our home. As we had a need for specific product we decided to walk through the shops around us. Lucky for us we found it here and much more. Bauhaus looks like more about devices bit Bauhof overall has wider choice.
