  They are very helpful people and professional, the speak English as well. I really recommend it and I only for €5.

  I like this ER. It’s clean, has many doctors, and they speak English. They have a great brochure along with information how it works. Make sure to bring 5€ copay.

  People usually wait for 3-4 hours there and they still didn't fix this...

  Emergency room. Take a number, go to registry when called with your ID and €5 (preferably cash), next is triage nurse and then the doctor/additional tests (waiting for the test results takes the longest). Waiting time depends on severity of situation, we were in and out in 3 hours with an infected leg wound. Front desk employees can sound harsh, but I appreciate their work.
