  Terrible room no service at all. Room without windows but worse, without ventilation. Even with paying extra no other room while 100% sure there were available.

  The staff at the reception don't know how to smile ..had to go across to the other hotel...to sort out my local sim card issues..n also each time there was a different person at the reception ..we had confirmed with one of an app based cab but on the morning of our departure, the administrator of hotel who was at the desk then...didn't bother to check n booked a private taxi of which we came to Kno wen we paid 3times the fare at the bus station .. We were very upset. The hotel rooms are small...n amenities like the electric kettle...are offered only if one asks... Which again I came to know of on the last night of our stay... The big plus point of this s hotel is it's practically at the entrance of old town of Tallinn n was close to the ferry station.

  Little bit different place. Our room was really small, but okay anyways. Good location!

  Very authentic and quite hotel. Rooms are small and some have no windows, but you leave inside the city wall, which is really amazing. Very good breakfast. Definitely worth it's money.

  Pros: excellent location, affordable prices, historic building, friendly staff; Cons: our room had no windows so there was no way to get fresh air or natural light (ventilation only in the bathroom); we could hear the noise from the street at 4 o'clock in the morning when the garbage was collected; the breakfast had cheap ingredients; the bed had an extra mattress on top of it that kept sliding off; the room was only semi-clean.
