The number of cashiers is always too low; some times there is no cashier at all and one has to use the do-it-yourself check out and pay system. This system always but really always gets an error or requires the intervention of an assistant. One time, after this intervention, and without noticing it, I ended up being charged about 7.50 euros for a Dilmah tea which I never bought.
