  Really lovely old hotel in old Tallinn . We had a room with a skylight and we could open the window! So many places in Europe don't have aircon because it would only be used a few times a year, if you're staying there during that time, you want at least to be able to open a window. The room also had a good split system . Very quiet and centrally placed for many a nice walk.

  Здравствуйте! Отель -сюрприз! Мне он понравился! Все практически хорошо. Очень хорошие номера: удобно, комфортно, красиво. Персонал->доброжелателен и отзывчив. Но: 1) мало кто из персонала говорит на финском или русском. 2) в номере нет гладильной доски ,утюга и штопоры.( пришлось бегать в низ и звонить.) 3) чистота полов желает лучшего.( ковролин в номерах с пятнами.) 4) нет объяснений как звонить на ресепшен. ( звонила с своего мобильного.) Есть что-то но не понятно как пользоваться телефоном... У меня были проблемы с языком ( я говорю по фински или русски.) Не проигнорировали- ХОРОШО!) В общем - хорошо было в целом! Ставлю 3 звезды... Думаю,что в следующий раз именно его и посещу. В центре старого города! Красота и все рядом! ( я не принцесса,но в этом отеле я и мой ребенок- чувствовали именно принцессами!) СПАСИБО!)

  Billigt boende i rymligt dubbelrum med trevlig personal... Se till att boka hotellparkering innan du anländer för den är inte stor...

  The booking was made for a double room and i was upgraded for free to a superior twin. I have stayed in many other hotels and cannot imagine how this was in any way superior. The size was rather on a small size nor there were anything special to make it stand out. There is no ironing board in the room and you have to call reception to get one in the morning, if you are lucky. The lift did not work for 2 days so being on 5th floor did not help. Breakfast selection was reasonable and have to say staff are very friendly and accommodating.

  Habitaciones confortables, servicio esmerado, almuerzo muy correcto. Totalmente recomendable.
