::Lots of great books, magazines and free wifi. You can use the computers here or bring your own and use them at the reading halls. There are separate halls for children and youngsters, fiction in Estonian, fiction in other languages and non-fictional special so it's easy to find what you're looking for our just find the books you're likely to enjoy. Add a cafe and a bathroom to the package and it is a perfect place to kill a couple of hours for a bookworm. You do need a readers card to lend books out, but its quite easy to get one.
