  There are many ways up and around the hill but the ways that go down can be very slippery in winter. There are supposed to be lights in the ground but half of them have died or have been buried under the rubble. In summer, water from the big fountain can easily be carried by the wind and vapor may end up on the people passing by. There are not many benches in this park.
