::I would give 3,5 if I can. Half of the things we wanted to order they said they donât have. They had outside on board invitation for iced coffee and they didnât have ice. Glass noodles were delicious, pelmene as well, coffee not great but not bad. Beer a little expensive.

::Beautiful views from top floor, delicious food, friendly staff. Good location. I have been visiting Tallinn a lot, this is the first time I visited this place and I will definitely be visiting again here. On top floor you can find some cozy sitting places with great views of streets. We had breakfast here and their breakfast offers are excellent. Highly recommend
