  I don’t know where to start... we came to the Coffee shop and there was one family before us. They ordered 3 different drinks and it took over 10 minutes to do two of them. When it was finally our turn the service was awful. My friend ordered toast and the server said: “ you can take it yourself.” And there wasn’t any toast! The sign above us said: kitchen open 9-20 but they didn’t want to do any toasts for us so we left. WORST COFFEE SHOP EVER! Customer service was rude and unacceptable.. Don’t go near that place.

  This was the worst coffee shop ever... waited for 10 minutes to reseive nothing but poor service with even worse attitude from the people who work there. I asked for a toast to be made and all i got was a rude answer to get it myself. Before i even got to order i waited for the previous customer to get his three drinks (that didn’t even come out as hoped) and thankfully i decided to leave before getting anything since the drinks looked terrible🤮. Do yourself a favour and don’t visit this coffee shop. Ever.

  Excellent smoothies and coffee. Location is pleasant and quiet for a shopping mall. Cheerful staff and great service.

  We tried so many coffees on our trip in Tallinn, and this was the only place that good had "American" coffee, not just diluted espresso.
